Shipping policy

SHIPPING and Customs and import taxes
We ship items worldwide. Standard shipping takes 3-5 weeks. We also offer express shipping, 2-3 weeks. Both shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that the delivery terms are approximate and not guaranteed. Once your order is shipped we will send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your parcel.

We are not responsible for:
- the work of post (any delivery delays, lost or stolen packages etc.);
- custom duties and taxes;
- returned package if the buyer didn't pick it up (we won't be able to send you another package unless you pay a return fee);
- wrong addresses noted at checkout ( please double-check the address to make sure it's correct).

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

RUSH ORDERS
If your event is close and you need your order urgently please contact us before purchasing to make sure you will get it in time. Also leave the date of your event in the comment section at checkout please so that we ship your purchase early enough.
